Do you remember how, after school, Dash! Yonkuro fans would occupy entire streets, pedestrian overpasses, and alley entrances to race their mini cars?
Now, here in Calgary, you finally have the chance to go wild with your kids again! This time, simply buying a powerful motor won't guarantee a win!
Brand new chassis series + complex composite track
Reinforced parts, rollers, guide wheels, gear ratios, and the braking system are all essential.
Learn, modify, and compete immediately—winning at the starting line relies on real skill!
Put down your phone, pick up a screwdriver! Newbies and veterans are welcome to share modification tips. Let's Go!
Date & Time: Monday, December 29, 2025 (14:00–16:00)
Location: 1810 10 Ave NE, Calgary, AB T2E 0Y2
Target Audience: Ages 8–99 (Parents are welcome to participate alongside their children at no extra charge)
Activity Includes: One authentic TAMIYA Mini 4WD car of your choice + 2 AA batteries (for testing and competition)
Fee:
Member: $25
Non-Member: $30
Capacity: 20 people
14:00–15:00 Free Racing Session:
Registered participants + their friends/family: Free Admission
General Free Racing: $5/person
Tools to Bring: Scissors + Small Phillips Head Screwdriver (Must Bring!)
Our club will take photos or videos during classes and events for record-keeping. The resulting photos or footage may be publicly displayed or used for promotional purposes. If the chosen photos or videos feature a participant's portrait, the club will not provide separate notification. If you do not agree, please email events@hkersac.ca after registering.
(Successful registrants will be contacted via email and notified individually before the event.)
