Sometimes, we feel that Western cuisine can be quite sweet in taste, and we just want to have something clear and not overly sweet, but even when I try some Western snacks, they often feel like I'm eating a mouthful of sugar. It's like... why not have a steamed bun instead? However, many children don't really like that. So, what should I do? And if there's a choice between eating and playing, how do your kids like it ?
