大家嚟咗一段時間，見到的人工又唔高，對啲屋嘅行情又唔太熟。加上如果冇一筆可以一次過買到屋嘅資金，都幾擔心唔知點樣先可以喺呢度上到車喇，係咪？
喺呢次嘅講座入面，講者同大家先講解咗加拿大按揭嘅流程同概念、新移民點樣安排按揭、做按揭時要留意嘅嘢、用海外入息做按揭抵唔抵、首期利息係點、駛唔駛壓力測試，甚至唔同身份又會點計？講者都慢慢逐樣向我哋講解。真係知多好多細緻嘢？同埋對計劃買屋嘅朋友更清晰更有信心，係咪？
如果大家都有興趣，但上次你嚟都唔緊要，我哋會盡量安排多啲唔同嘅講座畀大家。而家不如睇吓當日講座嘅相先啦。
After arriving in Calgary, it might be a struggle to find a job at the beginning, not familiar with the areas within Calgary and what the housing market looks like to purchase your first home in Canada.
In this seminar, the speaker will first go over the procedure and idea of a mortgage in Canada; how to set up a mortgage for new immigrants, what to consider when applying for a mortgage, whether or not to use overseas income, and rules for the down payment amount.
If there is more interest in this topic, we will make every effort to set up as many different lectures as we can for everyone if there is interest. I hope to see you in the next in-person session soon.
