我哋同無數香港人一樣，經歷過相遇、分離、再遇、再分離。同過往唔同嘅係，彼此相隔唔再係我哋孕育音樂種籽嘅障礙；呢粒種籽反而可以傳得更遠，喺世界不同角落發芽、成長繼而開花結果。今次參與呢首 mash up 作品嘅成員橫跨三個大洲，再加上遠在 Calgary 嘅 Hilda 喺當地成立嘅 Hillee&Kath 共同製作，係我哋試圖體現呢個概念嘅挑戰。效果如何還須由大家定奪，不過我哋喺製作過程中已經體會到不論係距離、疫情、逆境，都無阻我哋一齊享受音樂。正如《難得你和我》嘅火花可以喺東海道亮起一樣，相隔幾遠，時差有幾多都可以互相支持，因為喺音樂路上 We are one and all，從不只我一個。
In Hong Kong where we call home, we came together because of our dedication to music. However, like many people who have moved away to build a new life in other parts of the world, members of our group have experienced the sad periods of separation and also the joy of reunions over the years.With technologies and online platforms, being apart from each other is no longer an obstacle for us to collaborate and nurture the seeds of music. Through our collective efforts, the seeds have sprouted and can now bear fruits in different corners of the world. In our latest music project, co-produced with one of our long time members, Hilda from Hillee&Kath, Brio members participated in this mash-up from three continents. We have challenged ourselves to turn the dream of collaborating remotely into a reality. At the completion of our production, we realized that our enjoyment of making music can persevere despite the distance, epidemic or adversity. It’s our hope that we have successfully conveyed our togetherness through this song arrangement.The lyrics in this mash-up depicts our unity and gratefulness of having each other. Our musical journey can flourish because "we are one and all", and "none of us is ever alone".
